High Power Brushless Motor and Driver System Offers DC Power Input, Space Savings

brushless motor and driver systemOriental Motor USA introduced its BLV Series, a DC input, high power brushless motor and driver system with connection cable. The series is available with either a 200-W (1/4 hp) or 400-W (1/2 hp) motor, in round shaft, parallel gear or a new 104-mm (4.09-in) flat hollow shaft (FR) gear with a speed range of 100 to 4,000 r/min. The BLV Series is available with an electronic brake for holding during standstill or gravitational operations. It is also equipped to facilitate a battery power input. Operations are handled through an I/O control system or RS-485 communications. Functions can be expanded with use of the OPX-2A controller allowing for improved speed regulation, programming and various display functions.
