VCO Operates From 2620 MHz to 2710 MHz

Crystek's CVCO55CC-2620-2710 VCO (voltage controlled oscillator) operates from 2620 MHz to 2710 MHz with a control voltage range of 0.5 V to 4.5 V. This VCO features a typical phase noise of -110 dBc/Hz at 10 kHz offset and has desirable linearity. The output power is typically +3 dBm. Model CVCO55CC-2620-2710 is packaged in the industry-standard 0.5-in. x 0.5-in. SMD package. Input voltage is 5 V, with a max. current consumption of 40 mA.
