X-Ray Generators Deliver Wide Output Range

Performing in X-ray systems used for XRD, XRF, and industrial and analytical applications, Spellman High Voltage Electronics’ DXM 1200W Series X-ray generators offer output voltages from 20 kV to 70 kV at a maximum power of 1,200 W. The 4.75” H × 12” W × 12” D instruments can be configured for either floating filament or grounded filament operation. The CE-marked devices contain DSP-based emission control circuitry to provide stability performance of <25 ppm <0.01% regulation of emission current. The 26-lbs units provide a Windows-based GUI, built-in diagnostics performing over Ethernet via a Java Applet; and power-factor-corrected universal input. A proprietary SIC (Standard Interface Card) option gives users simultaneous availability of RS232, Ethernet, or USB digital interface control.
