Switching Power Supplies Serve Industrial/Medical Applications

Astrodyne PMK/PMMK450Delivering 450 W with active PFC, Astrodyne’s PMK450 and PMMK450 Series switching AC/DC power supplies are designed to perform in I.T.E systems, pumps, motors, and instrumentation applications, as well as medically-approved AC/DC power supply applications (PMMK450). The UL/EN 60950-approved units exhibit up to 88% efficiency, single line current share, remote sense lines, remote inhibit, output voltage adjust, and a 5-V standby mode. The devices offer versions with an enclosed fan or with a U-channel in a 5” × 8” × 1.57” enclosure, both of which can include a DIN Rail clip for mounting in DIN Rail applications. The PMMK450 supplies meet UL 6061 and EN 60601 specifications. Pricing for the PMK450 Series is $85 in OEM quantities.
