With a typical phase noise of -107 dBc/Hz at 10-KHz offset, Crystek's CVCO55CC-2269-2580 VCO (voltage controlled oscillator) operates from 2,269 MHz to 2,580 MHz using a control voltage from 0.5 V to ~16 V. The 0.5-in.² SMT device accepts 8 V at 35 mA and has an output power of +5.0 dBm (typ). Pulling and Pushing are minimized to 3.00 MHz and 0.50 MHz/V, respectively.
