VCO Presents Low Phase Noise

Crystek CVCO55FL-0200-2039Running in frequency ranges from 200 MHz to 239 MHz, Crystek’s CVCO55FL-0200-2039 VCO exhibits a typical phase noise of -123 dBC/Hz at 10 KHz offset. The 0.5” × 0.5” SMT-packaged component offers typical output power of 9 dBm, input voltage of 5 V and a control voltage range from 0.5 V to 4.5 V. The oscillator demonstrates a maximum current consumption of 25 mA, pulling of 0.5 MHz, pushing of 0.5 MHz/V and typical second harmonic suppression of -20 dBc. The device is suitable for digital radio equipment, fixed wireless access, satellite communications systems and base stations. Pricing starts at $17.62 each in volume.
