SBC Operates at Voltages as Low as 0.9 V

phyCORE-LPC3250 Single Board ComputerPopulated with the NXP LPC3250 microcontroller, the phyCORE-LPC3250 ARM9 based Single Board Computer (SBC) can operate in ultra-low-power mode down to 0.9V. Targeting demanding embedded applications, the 70 × 58-mm device includes power management, an FPU, and SD/SDIO, USB OTG, and Ethernet connectivity along with SDRAM, NOR and NAND Flash memory, and an integrated LCD controller. The on-board MMU supports major operating systems, including Linux and Windows Embedded CE R2, and the computer is available in a variety of development kits with features such as a touchscreen LCD, power, cables, and software tools.
