1.5W Mini DC/DC Converter now has Output to 300V

BEAR_BPS_300VDC_WEB.jpgBEAR Power Supplies announced higher voltage options for its 1.5W BPS series configurable DC/DC converters. These single-input, single-output isolated converters are now available with input voltage from 3V DC to 15V DC and output voltage from 50V DC to 300V DC. They operate from -55°C to +85°C with no heat sink or electrical derating required. They are suitable for powering PIN diodes, avalanche photodiodes and piezoelectric actuators in applications such as RF transceivers, programmable filters, and industrial and scientific instruments. The encapsulated package is only 0.5” × 0.5” × 0.4”, and weighs just 4g. Both through-hole and SMT versions are available.
