App calculates semi-conductor power losses

Easily calculate the semiconductor power losses of your 3-phase inverter. Created for the Android, the new PowerSim™ app from Powerex can be used to calculate power losses and temperature rises of Powerex power semiconductors in 2-level, 3-phase inverters, based on operating conditions provided by the user.

Applications –
The program’s main purpose is to aid in device selection and performance validation as well as provide a starting point for a system’s thermal design.
The data and algorithms used may be subject to change without prior notice. The results of the application are not intended to match real world results with 100% accuracy, only to provide an estimated outcome.
