Varactor Diodes Enable Tuning up to 28 V

ec99ic409a-webBilled as offering high breakdown voltage, the SMV1800-079LF and SMV1801-079LF varactor diodes from Skyworks enable tuning as high as 28 V. The diodes are intended for use in applications such as mobile handset based DTV receivers, FM tuners, and low phase noise voltage-controlled oscillators. Other features include: forward current (IF) of 20 mA, power dissipation (PD) of 250 mW, and operating temperature (TOP) from -55°C to 150°C.
