IR AUIRS2003S 200V ICSuitable for automotive applications including automotive pre-charge switch, stepper drives, and DC-DC converters, International Rectifier's AUIRS2003S 200-V power MOSFET driver has dependent high- and low-side referenced output channels tailored for use in harsh automotive environments and under-the-hood applications. The output drivers feature a high pulse current buffer stage designed for minimum driver cross-conduction while the floating channel can be used to drive an N-channel power MOSFET in the high-side configuration operating up to 200V.
