TCXO Controls Voltage for Femtocell Timing

Valpey VFTX312Performing over an output frequency of 26 MHz, Valpey Fisher’s VFTX312 temperature compensated crystal oscillator (TCXO) includes a voltage control option from 0 to 3.3 V that is suitable for femtocell (3GPP) reference timing. The device offers a temperature stability of 0.1 ppm while operating over a temperature range from -20°C to 70°C and having a load storage temperature range from -55°C to 125°C. The 5 × 7-mm SMT hermetically-sealed RoHS 6/6-complaint TCXO exhibits phase jitter from 12 kHz to 20 MHz and start up of 2 ms.
