Servo Drives Supply 7 A

Measuring 5” × 3” × 1.75”, Applied Motion Products’ SV Series servo drives deliver up to 7 A rms continuous or 14 A rms peak output current from a 24 VDC to 80 VDC power supply. The devices provide 8 digital inputs, 4 digit outputs, 2 analog inputs and a RS232 or RS485 communication interface. The drives use a digital PID loop with velocity and acceleration feedforward, a digital DQ current loop with sine commutation, and a PID output filter and derivative filter. The components are appropriate for automation applications, as well as the medical, life science, packaging and label markets.
