Incorporating photodiode, transimpedance amplifier, and output stage onto one chip, the sensor provides a frequency output to increase precision under all lighting conditions while simultaneously simplifying the sensor interface. Available in 3 configurations, the SensorEyeC's readout of ambient light level is a digital input to either a small microcontroller or counter. From $0.50 in OEM quantities.
