Cooler System Maintains Positive Cabinet Pressure

Vortec A/C cooling unitUtilizing a compressed air supply to operate, Vortecs' Vortex A/C not only cools electrical enclosures but also creates a positive cabinet pressure to seal out contaminants, while hot air is expelled through a relief valve. Operating within a range from 27° to 32°C, the device has dual vortex tube cooling units, each with its own mechanical thermostat to provide two stages of refrigeration. The first stage offers a 2500 BTUH cooling capacity and the second stage can operate double the supply of refrigerated air to the enclosure. The 5000 BTUH unit is suitable for NEMA Type 4 and 4X rated electrical cabinets.
