L-C Filter Arrays Suited for Wireless Handset Applications
California Micro Devices' CM1692 family of EMI filters based on the company’s Praetorian II architecture is targeted for EMI filtering applications in wireless handsets. The product is based on an L-C filter architecture and features high cutoff frequencies of up to 400 MHz, stop band ranging from 800 MHz up to 3 GHz to cover all wireless communication frequencies, signal integrity rise times as low as 2 ns, minimal insertion loss (<-2 dB), and ESD protection up to ±15 kV contact discharge per IEC61000-4-2 Level 4 specification.
