Software Option Delivers a Forth/Back Frequency Sweep

ec79bm803a-LNoise Com announces a software option for the GPS7500 Noise and Interference Generators that delivers both forward, reverse and a forth/back frequency sweep over the entire 40 MHz output bandwidth at any of the L1 and optionally L2 or L5 GPS test frequencies. The software can provide swept frequency signals at any of the output power levels from -126.5 dBm to +21 dBm. It allows designers to set specific CW sweep parameters such as output power, start frequency, stop frequency, sweep duration and sweep type. The instrument tests products based on today’s standards in airborne automotive, defense, mobile location and E911 applications.
