High Sensitivity, InGaAs Shortwave Infrared Video Camera
Sensors Unlimited’s SU640KTSX-1.7RT camera offers a 640 x 512 pixel format on a 25 µm pitch, making it appropriate for passive surveillance and for use with imaging sensors. The SWIR camera provides clear, real-time video imaging in a variety of lighting conditions. The InGaAs KTSX is available in a small OEM module (<4 in.3 and <90g) for integration into larger systems. The all-solid-state imager features room temperature operation with onboard Automatic Gain Control (AGC), image enhancement and built-in non-uniformity corrections (NUCs). Applications include covert surveillance with passive 24/7 operation, imaging of laser rangefinders and target designators, imaging spectroscopy and astronomy. The SU640KTSX-1.7RT is designed for integration into other systems such as unmanned ground or aerial vehicles and other handheld or robotic systems.
