Wide Bandwidth, CMOS Input Op Amps

STMicroelectronics introduced two families of rail-to-rail high Gain Bandwidth Product (GBP) op-amps that feature a desirable speed-to-current consumption ratio to address sensor signal conditioning as well as battery-supplied and compact portable applications. The TSV911/2/4 family offers an 8 MHz gain-bandwidth product and is unity-gain stable for capacitive loads up to 200 pF. The other family, the TSV991/2/4, offers a 20 MHz gain-bandwidth product for gain of three or above. Operating from 2.5V to 5.5V, all the devices consume only 780 µA at 2.5V supply voltage. All op-amps include an ultra-low input bias current of 1 pA and 5 kV or better internal protection that protects against electrostatic discharge (ESD), minimizing handling and fabrication risks.
