Engineering technology teams win at ASEE contest
Two teams of students from the Department of Engineering Technology and Industrial Distribution won first and second place at the national competition, organized by American Society for Engineering Education in June in Atlanta.
Under guidance from Dr. Wayne Hung, the teams designed and manufactured manipulators that automatically arrange blocks in different configurations.
Tyler Ledbetter, Ian Mogab and Tom Johnson won first place, while Haley Ferner, Todd Laird and Shrideep Waghela received the second-place award. (Pictured: Todd Laird and Haley Ferner)
