Drivers Meet Rigorous Demands for Environment Friendly LED Lighting Solutions

With the release of AMLD-Z, Aimtec launches the third series in its line of DC/DC LED Drivers. Offered in DIP24 packages, the AMLD-Z are feature rich LED drivers that meet the rigorous demands for environment friendly LED lighting solutions.

From a wide (8:1) input range of 7 to 60 VDC, the AMLD-Z series of LED drivers provide constant output currents ranging from 150 to 1,000 mA, generating from 6 to 48 watts of power to maintain the constant color and brightness that is required by today’s most demanding LED applications.

Feature rich, the AMLD-Z series provides remote ON/OFF control function in addition to both PWM and analog voltage dimming control (0 – 100%). Open and short circuit protection works continuously until the short circuit condition is resolved, protecting the converter, the LED lights, and the converter’s input circuit from extremely high currents a short to ground causes.
