Fairchild Semiconductor Reports Results for the Fourth Quarter and Full Year 2009

Fairchild Semiconductor (NYSE: FCS), a leading global supplier of high performance products to drive energy-efficiency, today announced results for the fourth quarter ended December 27, 2009. Fairchild reported fourth quarter sales of $354.5 million, up 7 percent from the prior quarter and 11 percent higher than the fourth quarter of 2008.
