CACI to buy Delta Solutions, gov't consultants
CACI International Inc. said Thursday that it reached a deal to buy Delta Solutions and Technologies Inc., which provides financial management and business analysis services to federal agencies.
Terms were not disclosed.
The government information technology contractor said the acquisition of the Reston, Va.-based company expands its presence in business systems and government markets and complements its 2011 acquisition of Oracle-based Advanced Programs Group.
The deal is expected to close by July 1.
Delta Solutions employs 175 management consultants and IT specialists. Its key customers include the Departments of the Interior, Justice, Veterans Affairs and Department of Housing and Urban Development, CACI said.
Delta's 2011 revenue was $44.8 million. CACI, based in Arlington, Va., expects the deal to boost its profit in the first 12 months after the deal closes.
CACI shares fell 12 cents to $52.13 in morning trading.
