SEMI Technology Symposium Call for Papers Now Open— Held at SEMICON Japan 2012
STS 2012 will feature 40 hours of technical sessions and presentations focused on critical industry topics shaping design and manufacturing of semiconductors, MEMS (Micro-electromechanical Systems), printed and flexible electronics, and other related technologies.
Presentations must be original, non-commercial and non-published works, and must focus on one of the one of following areas: Lithography, Design for Manufacturing/Mask, Inspection/Metrology, Advanced Device Technology/Process, Packaging, Testing and Microsystem/MEMS. Submissions are welcome from all persons directly or indirectly involved in the semiconductor industry, including IC manufacturers, academic and research institutes, equipment manufacturers and materials suppliers.
The abstract (approximately 150 words) and speaker biography (about 100 words) are due June 8, 2012 by e-mail to firstname.lastname@example.org. Abstracts must clearly detail the nature, scope, content, organization, key points and significance of the proposed paper.
