eoSemi appoints new VP to lead first product to market

Steve_CliffeCongleton, UK, July 7, 2011: eoSemi today announced that Steve Cliffe has joined the company as VP of sales and marketing. His appointment demonstrates the company's investment in a highly experienced management team following the closure of a £3 million Series-A equity round to develop and commercialise its first product.

Steve Cliffe has more than 25 years experience in the electronics industry with significant exposure to global markets. He joins eoSemi from ProVision, where he was CEO. Prior to this Steve was CEO at Xintronix; VP of sales and marketing at Nanotech; sales, marketing and operations director for Global Silicon and Asia Pacific sales director at Dialog Semiconductor.

Commenting on his new position, Steve Cliffe said, "eoSemi's all-silicon solution is a simple and inexpensive replacement for quartz crystals with substantial market potential. This is an exciting time to be joining the company as the first product completes its development phase, and moves towards commercial availability later this year."
