Dot Hill to show new Mac video software

Dot Hill Systems Corp., a network storage and data-services provider, said Wednesday that it will unveil new post-production video software for Apple Inc.'s Mac computers at the upcoming National Association of Broadcasters trade show in Las Vegas.

Dot Hill shares shot up 49 cents, or 18 percent, to $3.21 in afternoon trading.

Dot Hill said its product will include its AssuredSAN shared storage, ATTO Celerity Fibre Channel host bus adapters, Final Cut Pro editing software and Autodesk Smoke software.

The NAB Show runs April 9-14.
