(March 1, 2011) - Digi International (NASDAQ: DGII) today announced that Spectrum Design Solutions, Digi’s wireless design division, will offer custom design support for companies developing wireless products with Freescale Semiconductor’s advanced i.MX53 application processor.  Digi also offers a series of Systems-on-Modules based on the Freescale i.MX processor family including the ConnectCore Wi-i.MX51 and new ConnectCore Wi-i.MX53.
