Public Governance: Ministerial Meeting in Venice, Italy
This meeting will focus on how governments will work in the future, how they will improve public sector efficiency, and how they can interact more effectively with markets and citizens to contribute to a stronger, cleaner and fairer economy.
This Ministerial-level meeting will be hosted by the Italian Government, and chaired by Mr. Renato Brunetta, the Italian Minister of Public Administration and Innovation.
The aim of the meeting will be to identify practical solutions for fostering proactive and open governments
Meeting sessions will cover topics such as:
Delivering better public services under fiscal pressure,
- Towards a more effective and performance-oriented public service,
- Promoting open and transparent government,
- Delivering on the challenges to build anticipatory and open governments.
