H-P Raises 3PAR Bid to $33 a Share

Hewlett-Packard Co. raised its offer for 3PAR Inc. yet again to $33 a share, or roughly $2.1 billion, and the maker of storage products used in cloud computing intends to terminate its deal with Dell Inc.
