G100Z gyroscopes feature industry leading bias in-run and bias over temperature. This temperature independence means that the gyro is perfect for applications where temperature changes are significant. Other significant features include the gyro’s high bandwidth of 500Hz in addition to its low power consumption and excellent g-sensitivity.
Designed for commercial stabilisation and aircraft applications, the gyroscope has a bipolar ‘VSG’ compatible signal outputting balanced ±5V. Measuring ranges of 25°/s to 350°/s are available, and the sensor has a non-linearity of less than 0.5% on the range.
The gyroscope has a rugged construction and can withstand environmental vibrations as well as shock typically associated with commercial aerospace requirements.
