Torex XC9235/XC9236 Series Step-Down DC/DC Converters in Stock at Digi-Key

Torex's XC9235 and XC9236 series are groups of synchronous-rectification type step-down DC/DC converters with built-in 0.42Ω P-channel MOS driver transistors and 0.52Ω N-channel MOS switching transistors designed to allow the use of ceramic capacitors. Operating voltage range is as wide as 1.8V to 6.0V. These devices provide high efficiency and stable power supplies with output currents of 600mA, which can be configured to suit a particular application.
Applications for these converters include smartphones; Bluetooth headsets; mobile WiMAX PDAs, MIDs, and UMPCs; portable game consoles; digital cameras and camcorders; portable media players; and notebook/laptop computers.
