As Publisher, Mike Francesconi works closely on all facets of the ECN brand, including strategic vision and new product development. He has more than 16 years experience in business to business publishing and holds a BA in Communications from Purdue University.
Beth Campbell, Editorial Director of the Design Engineering Group, joined ABM in September 2013 after two decades of strategic and operations experience at Thomson, Standard & Poor’s and Reuters as an SVP and Global Editor-in-chief. Beth understands the competitive challenges facing a dynamic team of print and digital journalists to deliver unique insight to readers. First a journalist and storyteller, Beth is always looking for feedback to better serve the design engineering community. She has a B.A. in French and a B.A. in Journalism from Penn State.
Chris Warner, Executive Editor for ECN, oversees the brand’s editorial initiatives, including the formation of the Editorial Advisory Board to be introduced in the first quarter of 2014. An integral part of the brand’s voice, Chris has been covering electronics for ECN since 2000. He comes from an old Western Electric family and entered the business-to-business publishing field in 1996. Chris has a B.S. in Business Management from Bloomfield College.
Jason Lomberg, Digital Editor for ECN, is the primary point-of-contact for ECN's website, where he facilitates all online initiatives, manages the freelance writers, and contributes original blogs and editorials. He also puts together the Daily, Latewire, European, and Targeted Application Focus e-newsletters and handles the Design Talk print section. Jason, who joined the brand in 2008, has a B.A. in English from Rutgers University.
Kasey Panetta, Managing Editor for ECN, works on both the print and online versions of the magazine. Kasey, who joined the company in May 2012, is the editor primarily responsible for the print version of ECN. A frequent blogger for the brand, Kasey also is in charge of all social media initiatives. She also spearheaded editorial efforts for “The ECN Impact Awards,” which were awarded in May 2014. She has a B.A. in Magazine Journalism and Political Science from the S.I. Newhouse School of Public Communication at Syracuse University.
