Panel-Mount Display for Inspection Sensors

The display allows operators to view production images of the parts that Checker is inspecting without a PC. It features an interface for displaying images of passed or failed parts, along with status indicators and results statistics to monitor the production process.
PTFE-Based Sealing Material

Combined with optimal wear resistance and friction characteristics, it has the ability to withstand extreme operating temperatures. The system is energized with a spring fitted into the seal profile that is fully enclosed within a case so there is no possibility of metal extractables entering the system.

Surface Mount Insulation Piercing Crimp Terminal

This method of termination combines the advantages of crimping, insulation piercing and surface mount technology. The system consists of a surface mount terminal and a terminating machine that feeds the wire into the connector and makes the termination.

PTFE Terminals for High Temperature Applications

Rugged and resistant to mechanical shock and vibration, they operate within the temperature range of -85°F (-65°C) to +400°F (204°C).
Stackable Plug-Connector System Increases Installation Flexibility

The T-Box is a compact alternative to stackable power distributor sets, and its contact insert has two screw connections per terminal for looping the power cable. The cable outlet on the additional stacked housing on the T-Box set can be plugged in any of the four directions.
High Flex Round Cable

LED Driver Boards

Both provide full function LED drivers in a compact size with wide range dimming, wide input voltage and full brightness and enable control.
