Optimized to meet new automotive industry requirements for temperature and humidity, the Vishay Beyschlag ACAS 0612 AT resistor array offers defined tolerance matching down to 0.1% (equivalent to ±0.05%) and TCR tracking down to 10 ppm/K (equivalent to ±5ppm/K), making it well-suited for precision analog circuit, voltage divider, feedback circuit, and signal conditioning applications. Offered with values from 47 to 150 kΩ in two pairs or four equal resistor values, the device accepts 75 V and has an absolute TCR down to ±25ppm/K with a maximum film temperature of +155°C.
