prototype programA new prototype program for custom product labels and other applied graphic products that features fast delivery and a flat fee for 10 pieces is being introduced by Nameplates for Industry, Inc. of New Bedford, Massachusetts.

The NFi Prototype Program provides product designers with a finished label, decal, nameplate, overlay or keypad from their standard graphic software files within 3-5 days, depending upon part complexity. Digitally printed on a selection of substrates with textures, windows, and various adhesive types, they are laser cut and can include custom shapes.

Featuring a flat fee for 10 pieces, the NFi Prototype Program is ideal for contract manufacturers, trade show product developers, R&D, makers of a wide range of instruments and custom equipment, and printers. The finished label or applied graphic product must fit within 18” x 24” and can also include serial numbers and barcodes.

The NFi Prototype Program is priced from $225.00, depending upon product type. A pricing menu is offered at www.NameplatesForIndustry.com/prototype. Free representative samples are available upon request.

The D&D bracer is a fairly quick, fun, nerdy LilyPad project. The final product is a wearable bracer with a display that will randomly generate numbers between 1 and 4, 6, 8, 10, 12, 20, or 100 in response to arm movement, so it can effectively replace all of the dice in your bag for a D&D session.

I'd like some genius to define sustainable. Could we count something that we can keep doing for 100 billion years - beyond the death of the Universe as we currently understand such things - as sustainable? How about a billion years?
