AS-212-CMPD’s new automotive socket, AS212-C features weather and vibration resistance in a durable nylon housing. The AS212-C features easy mounting as it includes a right angle bezel for placement under a panel, dashboard or cabinet. Included are industry standard 0.250” x 0.032”quick fit male terminals that allow for easy secure connections for fast terminations. Terminals also accept soldering directly to them with heavy gage wires.

This addition to MPD’s family of weather and vibration resistant cigarette socket sets that feature twist-n-lock mating. Developed for both Marine and Automotive uses the vibration resistant assembly is inserted and twisted to lock into place. A cover keeps the socket from the elements when not in use. The AS212-C expands the offering by allowing mounting when panel cutouts are impractical or too time consuming.

The mating plug features a grommet to seal against the weather and the socket has a protective cover. Standard plugs work perfectly well in the socket but will not lock into place. The AS212-C normally ships from stock or after a short waiting period and pricing is $4.28 each when ordered in lots of 1,000 pieces

The D&D bracer is a fairly quick, fun, nerdy LilyPad project. The final product is a wearable bracer with a display that will randomly generate numbers between 1 and 4, 6, 8, 10, 12, 20, or 100 in response to arm movement, so it can effectively replace all of the dice in your bag for a D&D session.

Sustainable?
Sustainable?

I'd like some genius to define sustainable. Could we count something that we can keep doing for 100 billion years - beyond the death of the Universe as we currently understand such things - as sustainable? How about a billion years?
