VGA analog controlled Optimized for operation from 1 MHz to 500 MHz, the LTC6412 800-MHz analog-controlled VGA from Linear Technology consumes 110mA on a 3.3V supply and provides continuous gain adjustment from -14 dB to 17 dB. With a footprint of 4 mm x 4mm, the 24-pin device offers a maximum conformance error of 0.45 db. Controlled by positive or negative slope voltage, the LTC6412 also features a noise figure of 10 dB at the maximum gain setting.
