Giving engineers the choice of how to work, Texas Instruments’ free SwitcherPro Design Software for DC/DC controller and converter power supply designs is now available as both a Web-based tool and as a desktop application. Engineers can download the SwitcherPro DT application to their desktop, save their work on their own system and work completely offline with all of the features of the online tool. Features of the software include the ability to calculate efficiency, loop responses, and stress for all key components as well as a what-if analysis design calculator.
