ec81ps703a-LEMCO's model 10077 power supply, with up to 2,000V at less than 1W, is now available in compact design. The case is 1.253" and weighs less than 80 grams. Features include a low power consumption of < 300 mW, ripple < 2mV, high stability, up to 100 percent programmable output voltage, over voltage protection, and a voltage monitor. Options include a low out gassing epoxy and extended operating temperature range of -55°C to 70°C. Applications include spectrometers, blood analyzers, DNA analyzers, radiation test and measuring, and X-ray scanning.

Russia has jumped on the CFL bandwagon, and decided to ban the incandescent bulb. As of January 1, 2014, the manufacture and sale of all incandescent bulbs will be prohibited in Russia.
