USB digitizerGaGe announced the new USB CompuScope Family of USB digitizers The USB CompuScope Family includes three separate models, which feature up to two input channels, up to 1.1 GS/s maximum sampling per channel, 12- or 14-bit vertical resolution, 128 MS of acquisition memory and up 1.2 GHz of input analog bandwidth. USB CompuScope models provide high signal fidelity and feature Effective Number Of Bits (ENOB) performance values of over 10 or 11 at a 70 MHz signal frequency, depending on the model. Each USB CompuScope model comes equipped with a USB cable, a 100/220 Volt power cable and a lightweight durable carrying case.

The D&D bracer is a fairly quick, fun, nerdy LilyPad project. The final product is a wearable bracer with a display that will randomly generate numbers between 1 and 4, 6, 8, 10, 12, 20, or 100 in response to arm movement, so it can effectively replace all of the dice in your bag for a D&D session.

I'd like some genius to define sustainable. Could we count something that we can keep doing for 100 billion years - beyond the death of the Universe as we currently understand such things - as sustainable? How about a billion years?
