extended temp electrolytic capacitorsNIC Components has expanded its NSPE family of high performance hybrid construction aluminum electrolytic capacitors to include extended temperature +135°C and 80 VDC and 100 VDC ratings. The NSPE products feature low ESR, stability at low temperature and the high current rating performance of solid polymer electrolyte version aluminum electrolytic capacitors, with the characteristics of liquid electrolyte construction (higher voltage ratings, higher temperature ratings and improved tolerance to abnormal transient conditions). The devices are suitable for use as higher voltage replacements or alternates to solid polymer (organic semiconductor type OS-CON) aluminum electrolytic capacitors. Five NSPE series are now available covering voltage ratings up to 100 VDC, operating temperatures to +135°C, and load life ratings to 10,000 hours at +105°C. Compatible with Pb-Free (SAC Alloy) reflow soldering process; +260°C & +250°C soldering heat rated.

Dungeons and Dragons Dice Gauntlet
Dungeons and Dragons Dice Gauntlet

The D&D bracer is a fairly quick, fun, nerdy LilyPad project. The final product is a wearable bracer with a display that will randomly generate numbers between 1 and 4, 6, 8, 10, 12, 20, or 100 in response to arm movement, so it can effectively replace all of the dice in your bag for a D&D session.

Sustainable?
Sustainable?

I'd like some genius to define sustainable. Could we count something that we can keep doing for 100 billion years - beyond the death of the Universe as we currently understand such things - as sustainable? How about a billion years?
