VIQ Solutions Inc. ("VIQ Solutions" or the "Corporation") (TSX VENTURE: VQS) announced that it has secured an $875,000 secured bridge loan. The bridge loan bears interest at a rate of 12%, payable semi-annually, for a term of one year and is subordinate to the Corporation's existing $500,000 secured loan. The proceeds will be used for general working capital purposes.
