International Rectifier expanded its portfolio of 60V, 75V and 100V MOSFETs for switch mode power supplies (SMPS), uninterruptible power supplies (UPS) and industrial applications such as power tools, forklifts and other high power DC drives. These new N-channel MOSFETs feature low on-state resistance (R_DS(on)) and high switching capability while the TO-247 package provides a large area for heat sinking to improve thermal dissipation. The new devices are offered lead free and are RoHS compliant. Pricing begins at US$1.04 each for the IRFP3306PbF and IRFP4410ZPbF and US$1.58 each for the IRFP3077PbF, all in 1,000-unit quantities.
