Cyberplex to acquire Tsavo Media in deal valued at US$75 million

Web advertising specialist Cyberplex Inc. (TSX: CX) says it has an agreement to acquire Waterloo, Ont.-based Tsavo Media in a deal valued at US$75 million. Toronto-based Cyberplex also plans to raise C$30 million through an equity financing to help pay for the Tsavo acquisition.
