New Study Reveals Ways to Better Inhibit Blood Clots

A new study reveals factors that improve the activity of synthetic fibrin “knobs”, which bind to “holes” on fibrinogen molecules to prevent blood clot formation. It also identifies a knob mimic with a 10-fold higher affinity for holes than current mimics.
