840 nm SLEDs Conform to Bellcor Standard
April 2, 2008 11:44 am | Product Releases | CommentsAMS Technologies introduced EXALOS AG’s line of 840 nm superluminescent light emitting diodes (SLEDs) that typically exhibit 5 mW of optical power in a single mode fiber and a 48 nm, 3 dB spectral bandwidth. The standard light sources are delivered in a 14-pin butterfly housing with a monitor diode and a fixed connection/angled physical contact connector. The parts conform to the Bellcor GR-468-CORE standard, and they can be integrated into OCT systems, data transfer units and fiber optic sensors for civil structure monitoring as well as for aerospace navigation.

QVGA Modules Feature a Touchscreen Option

These graphic modules (PN G-320240-5.7) allow the user to control each pixel individually to display both text and graphics simultaneously. With a variety of options available, the monochrome graphic displays are modular in design, and they can be customized to fit specific applications.
