Electrically Conductive Latex Coating Has Anti-Static Properties

March 6, 2008 6:57 am | Product Releases | Comments

Master Bond introduced its LTX-117G low cost, electrically conductive, water-based adhesive, sealant and coating. It is a one-part, UV stable latex adhesive where the electrical conductivity is achieved by the incorporation of non-metallic graphite filler. This polymer system dries by water evaporation at ambient temperatures to provide cost effective coatings with controlled electrical properties, including use in ESD anti-static systems. It has a service temperature of -60°F to +250°F.

Contact Connectors in Straight Receptacle Versions

March 6, 2008 6:52 am | Product Releases | Comments

FCI enlarged its high density Compact D series to 62 contact connectors in straight receptacle versions to meet the need for higher density connectors and as a complement to its press-fit D-sub range in 78 contacts. Provided with press-fit terminations, this connector helps to avoid the cost and time of an additional wave solder process. It is compatible with any PCB thickness starting from 1.6 mm, an advantage for thick backplanes.

Shielded M8 Connectors with Screw Termination

March 6, 2008 6:47 am | Product Releases | Comments

Binder-USA announced the addition of shielded connectors with screw termination to its Series 768 M8 Euro-style connectors.
