This technology provides up to six times nominal current for 12 ms, and the short burst of current allows individual circuit breakers to react to overloads. Power Rack for High Capacity Power Distribution

Housed in a single HP 10000 G2 42U rack, the PDR also saves floor space and allows the movement of heat-robbing transformers off the data center floor, improving cooling. Capable of delivering 400A redundantly, the PDR can power several high density racks with shorter cable runs than conventional site level power distribution systems.
