48-bit Digital Input Boards Offer I/O Flexibility

Ecnmag.com - March 26, 2008

48-bit Digital Input Boards Offers I/O FlexibilitywebWith software selectable input switching levels from 0 to 28V DC (with 25 mV resolution) the DNA-DIO-448 and DNR-DIO-448 digital input boards allow for I/O flexibility with a diagnostic input mode to measure the analog voltage at each input for quick and accurate detection of short and open circuits as well identifying marginal or failing drive circuitry. Compatible with United Electronic Industries’ popular “Cube” and RACKtangle I/O chassis, the board reads all 48 bits at sustained rates in excess of 1 kS/second. Software is provided in the UEIDAQ Framework, which offers a comprehensive API that supports programming and operating systems, including Windows, Vista, and Linux. Pricing starts at $1200.
